Historic Howe House & Welsh Farmstead
Free Admission: Tours of the Howe House have been suspended.  While the house and outbuildings are temporarily closed, guests are welcome to walk the property from sunrise to sunset. A walking path is available in the Prairie Patch south of the Howe House. Pink flags along the path identifies various plants and grasses.

Outreach

Is your school, church group or civic organization needing a speaker? We offer outreach programs about the museum, museum events and the history of Lyon County. To schedule an Outreach Program contact the Education Director at 620.340.6314.

Group & School Tours

For those who would like a personalized experience of the Lyon County History Center, we offer guided tours for both adult and student groups. Our tours can be modified to suit your needs and interests.

The accessible entrance to LCHC is located on the Commercial Street side of the building.

An elevator is available in the building.

Restrooms are accessible.
