Yesteryear Yoga “Quiet Roar” Series

Introducing Lyon County History Center’s “Yesteryear Yoga”. The first series ‘Quiet Roar’ will be an exploration of lessons through the lives of the brave women in the Skirting Convention exhibit.
Bring a yoga mat, and water. If you don’t have a yoga mat, bring a towel! We have a limited amount of yoga mats to borrow. This series is a gentle class.
